So, you’ve found the perfect upgrade for your vehicle—whether it’s an Android Screen, a CarPlay box, or another exciting accessory. What happens next? In this blog, we’ll walk you through the entire process, from purchase to installation, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1: Placing Your Order
Once you’ve selected your product, you can place your order online and pay the supply costs. If you’d like installation, let us know at checkout or mention it to your sales agent. Don’t worry if you’re unsure—we’re happy to guide you through the options and you can always cancel or amend an installation as needed.
After your order is confirmed, our team will reach out to discuss installation details, including a contact number for scheduling. If you require a home installation, we’ll also calculate the applicable call-out fee if it hasn't been already.
Step 2: Scheduling Your Installation
After your purchase, we’ll assign a professional engineer to your job based on your location. You’ll receive a call or text to confirm the best date and time for your installation when the kit arrives with them (typically 7-10 days time). If you have any special requirements (e.g., a classic or performance car), we’ll ensure our head engineer assesses your vehicle beforehand for any additional considerations. You are free to use the contact number we provided to contact the engineer ahead of time.
Step 3: Preparing for Installation Day
On the day of installation, our engineer will arrive at the agreed time and location. If you’ve chosen a home installation, ensure your vehicle is parked in a suitable space with enough room for the engineer to work. If we’re removing an old aftermarket device before installing the new one, additional time (and possible fees) may apply.
For specific installations, such as reverse cameras, dashcams, or lighting, make sure your vehicle’s battery is in good condition, as some installations require access to power. Please also ensure you have assessed any issues with your car beforehand and make them known to the engineer so to avoid any false alarms with issues not related to the install.
Step 4: The Installation Process
Our engineers work efficiently to complete installations with precision and care. Depending on the product, installation can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours. Throughout the process, our engineers will ensure everything is securely fitted, tested, and functioning correctly. If something goes wrong, not to worry! - you'll be covered under our insurance for replacement parts and repairs.

Step 5: Payment & Final Checks
