Shipment

We are not liable for any import tax, custom fee, Remote surcharge, or customs delay. If the parcel is returned to us due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the above fees, we would not resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay all the return & resend cost. We refuse the buyer cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

Shipping times

• Worldwide Shipping up to 15-30 Days Delivery
• UK Delivery between 7-14 working days

Shipping information

• Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
• We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your shipping address.
• Transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends & holidays. Transit times may different, particularly during the holiday.
• If you don't receive your items within 14 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you ASAP with a reply.
• Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

Terms & Conditions

• Invalid addresses come at the fault of the customer. Please ensure that the address is valid - if there is any information we should need in order for your item to be delivered please let us know.
• Once the product has been dispatched vehiclemultimediasystems is not responsible for the delivery time. We have no control of the shipping company so delays and stoppages are out of our control.
