We always strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality and offer the best experiences for our customers. In the event these expectations are not matched, we will abide by these policies to ensure that issues get resolved as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding immensely.

Responsibility for Pre-existing Issues

We do not take responsibility for any pre-existing issues in a customer’s vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues with their car before the installation occurs. Failure to do so may result in complications during the installation process.

Installation Fees and Unforeseen Issues

If the installation cannot be completed due to undisclosed vehicle issues, the installation fee will still apply. We strongly advise customers to ensure their vehicle is in a suitable condition for the installation process to avoid such scenarios.

Third-party Products

Customers who purchase kits from third-party suppliers must ensure that the kit is fully compatible with their vehicle. Any damage caused by a faulty or incompatible product is the sole responsibility of the customer. Our engineers act only as installers and are not liable for any defects, malfunctions, or damages resulting from third-party products.
